For safety reasons, food products cannot be exchanged or returned. We are not responsible for damages due to shipping via third party shipping company.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Your order will be shipped within 24 business hours after it is received. Most customers, depending on their location, receive their order within 3-5 business days. Orders canceled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a 5% fee to cover cost that are associated with order processing. Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decide to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer nevertheless assumes full return liability and costs of 20% of the total billed invoice(this does not includes all applicable return freight, brokerage fees, as well as restocking fees in addition to order processing costs stated above).
