All funds are in US Dollars.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal, as well
as cashier’s checks and money orders. Call for details.
Your credit card will be charged at the time we invoice your order, unless the majority of your order is on
back order. If this is the case, you will be charged at the time of shipment of these products.
Please know your country’s import policy. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited
import items, taxes, tariffs, general fees,brokerage fees, duties, etc. If you are located internationally please
contact us for shipping details, we are willing and able to do business with Europe, Russia, Asia, Canada
Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent and
we will not be held liable.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY
For safety reasons, food products cannot be exchanged or returned. We are not responsible for damages
due to shipping via third party shipping company.
Your order will be shipped within 24-36 business hours after it is received. Most customers, depending on
their location, receive their order within 3-5 business days. Orders canceled by the customer after the credit
card has been processed will be charged a 5% fee to cover cost that are associated with order processing.
Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decide to return an order that has
been processed and shipped, the customer nevertheless assumes full return liability and costs of 20% of
the total billed invoice(this does not includes all applicable return freight, brokerage fees, as well as
restocking fees in addition to order processing costs stated above).
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are usually shipped within 24-36 business hours. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped through customer’s carrier and are to be considered FOB our
warehouse. We may provide a local/international broker/carrier at expence of the customer.
Shipping/Handling fees are calculated in real time. We reserve the right to deny shipment of products due
to any suspicious activity.
